Biblical literacy is the combination of intentionally living by God's word, and, even more importantly, unintentionally living by God's word. Meaning, it's teachings have been internalized to the point one need not think about how to live it out. That, to me, is Biblical Literacy.

When theology (belief) is expressed in intentional and even more importantly "unintentional" action, one is biblically literate.
